WILLS AND ESTATE PLANNING

Picture
Whatever your age or current situation, our role is to create an estate plan to meet your needs.  Completing your estate plan allows you to be at ease, with the assurance that your final wishes and intentions are known.

We'll work with you individually, creating essential documents tailored to your situation and goals. Generally, your plan will include these five documents:

     1.     Durable General Power of Attorney
     2.     Health Care Power of Attorney
     3.     Health Care Directive (Living Will)
     4.     Burial Directive
     5.     Last Will and Testament

With these documents, you choose a trusted person to take care of financial and health care decisions for you when you cannot; you decide what type of medical care you will receive if you are incapacitated or have a terminal illness; you decide your burial instructions; and you decide how your estate is distributed after your passing. Without these documents, you give up your choices, and potentially leave these major life decisions up to strangers.

We offer affordable, flat fees for estate planning, and payment plans to meet your budget.
